 In a January 1991 live fire demonstration for Austin's KVUE TV and THE AUSTIN AMERICAN STATESMAN, an Austin police officer shoots our bulletproof vehicle 4 times with a 7.62 NATO sniper rifle, then 4 more times with an AK47 with no penetrations to the interior.

PEACEKEEPER ARMORED VEHICLE

Bodyguard Armoring is the only company in the industry specializing in rehabbing out of date or damaged Peacekeepers.

We replaced the 30 year old Dodge chassis in this Portland, Maine PD Peacekeeper with a brand new Ford F550 Heavy Duty 4x4 chassis, stretched the armor body 45", added 2 windows and 2 gunports, enlarged the original windows, enlarged the doors and hood, and added '09 Ford headlights.

It has been in daily service since January, 2009

We replaced the worn out 25 year old chassis in this Killeen, Tx. Peacekeeper armored vehicle with a brand new Dodge Ram Heavy Duty 4x4 chassis with a Hemi engine, then customized the body by adding more armor, a new interior with new A/C, seatbelts and airbags, a 48" rear deck, larger hood and extra armor side protection for the new deck.

It has been in daily service since September, 2003.
