OPAQUE ARMOR-

Spectra Shield(tm)in the doors, military steel in the pillars and sides, ballistic nylon and Kevlar quilts on the floor and roof.

RADIATORS-protected by Stainless Steel screens (depending on vehicle).

RUN-FLAT TIRE INSERTS-allow escape up to 50 mph after puncture.*(OPTIONAL)

FUEL TANK PROTECTION-tanks are protected by ballistic quilts with the option of safety foam  on the inside to prevent explosions if punctured.

BATTERY PROTECTION- batteries and computer components under the hood are protected by ballistic steel.

SUSPENSION UPGRADE- We replace the armored car's OEM springs and shocks with heavy duty police quality replacements that change the way the armored vehicles react to the road, allowing the driver to move the vehicle out of the HOT ZONE during an attack. Our armored cars have been tested to successfully undergo abrupt lane changes at 110 MPH!

We install grenade protection in the floor of this armored car going to Mexico. 3/8" armor steel underbody shields are optional. Note the overlap protection around the door openings.

An Austin police officer shot our Bullet Proof Jeep 4 times with a 7.62 NATO sniper's rifle, then 4 more times with an AK47, with no penetration to the interior! This was filmed by Austin's KVUE TV cameras and the Austin American Statesman cameras in early 1991.
